Legal information
Terms of Use
These terms govern use of priansi.limited and the submission of an initial service enquiry.
1. About PRIANSI LIMITED
This website is operated by PRIANSI LIMITED, company number 17094701, with a business address at 27 Krakowska, Andrychow, Poland, 34-120 (“PRIANSI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You can contact us at support@priansi.limited.
2. Website purpose
The website provides general information about business-identification preparation and allows visitors to submit an initial enquiry. The website itself does not submit an application to a company register, tax authority, customs authority, or other public body.
Submitting the enquiry form does not oblige PRIANSI to accept an engagement and does not create a paid service contract. If we can assist, the proposed scope, price, official fees, expected process, required evidence, and any additional terms will be communicated separately before paid work begins.
3. Independent service
PRIANSI is a private assistance provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the European Union, any national government, company register, tax authority, customs authority, or other public administration.
Official authorities control their own requirements, processing times, fees, and decisions. Nothing on this website guarantees that an application will be accepted or that an identifier will be issued.
4. No professional advice
Information on this website is general and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, immigration, or other regulated professional advice. Requirements differ by country and can change. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional where your situation requires advice.
5. Your enquiry and information
You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and submitted with proper authority. If you act for a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the information and request contact on their behalf.
Do not submit passwords, full payment-card details, document images, or information unrelated to the enquiry through free-text fields. We may request clarification or supporting evidence through an agreed channel after initial contact.
6. Separate service terms
Where PRIANSI offers a paid service after reviewing an enquiry, the service description and commercial terms will be provided separately. Those terms will address price, payment, cancellation or withdrawal rights, refunds where applicable, delivery, and any country-specific conditions.
If separate service terms conflict with these website terms in relation to the purchased service, the separate service terms will take priority for that service.
7. SMS communications
SMS consent on the enquiry form is not a condition of receiving assistance. If you select it, you consent to text messages about your enquiry and related service updates. Message frequency may vary and your mobile provider may charge you.
You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by following the opt-out instruction in a message or contacting support@priansi.limited. Withdrawing SMS consent does not prevent necessary communication by another agreed method.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person, or use the service to facilitate fraud or another illegal act.
9. Intellectual property
The website’s original design, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to PRIANSI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for your own legitimate enquiry but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.
10. Availability and third-party resources
We may update, suspend, or withdraw website features. Links to public authorities or third-party resources are provided for convenience; their content and availability are controlled by their respective operators.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss caused by reliance on general website information, third-party services, public-authority delay or refusal, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
12. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Poland. The competent courts in Poland will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to bring a claim in another court or under another applicable law.
13. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website, our services, or applicable requirements. The date above identifies the current version.
Questions or legal notices may be sent to legal@priansi.limited or PRIANSI LIMITED, 27 Krakowska, Andrychow, Poland, 34-120.
